Blackboard Newspaper Competition
In this September, a season filled with respect and harvest, the results of our school's 'Honor Teachers' Dedication - Commend Growth' theme blackboard newspaper competition were announced. After a comprehensive evaluation by professional judges in terms of layout design, content presentation, and creative conception, a total of 4 first prizes, 6 second prizes, and 8 third prizes were awarded.
To begin with, the winning classes used blackboard newspapers as a medium to pour their gratitude for teachers into the writing. Fo instance, some classes presented 'touching moments between teachers and students' by means of a timeline, documenting the little acts of kindness that occurred both inside and outside the classrooms. On the other hand, some used the phrase 'plenty of students under one's tutelage' as the core idea to create scenes featuring abundant fruit-bearing trees and interactions between teachers and students. Last but not the least, some others vividly presented the daily life of teachers through the 'Teacher's Day', with sincerity and respect evident throughout the texts.
Furthermore, in this competition, teachers and students from each class actively participated and fully demonstrated their imagination and practical skills. In the meantime, students meticulously designed the layout around the theme, skillfully using color combinations, and perfectly integrating texts, paintings and layout, which not only demonstrated their solid artistic skills but also conveyed a profound understanding of the theme. Also, the competition featured rich contents and diverse forms, which not only vividly depicted the autumn campus, but also passionately expressed the youthful ideals, thus fully showcasing the spiritual demeanor and cultural literacy of our school's students.
To summarize, not only did this blackboard newspaper competition add a beautiful cultural landscape to the campus, but also strengthened the cohesion of classes. Therefore, Anqing Foreign Language School will continue to hold such cultural activities, providing students with more platforms to showcase themselves and enhance their abilities, and promoting the further development of campus culture.
